About the Role
As a Sr. Partner Success Associate at Rula, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the ongoing success of our strategic healthcare partnerships. This role combines project management, healthcare operations, and relationship management skills, offering an excellent opportunity to manage small and mid-sized accounts while growing into broader leadership responsibilities.
Working alongside experienced Partner Success Managers and Directors, you'll help drive cross-functional initiatives that directly impact our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone. You’ll turn complex data into meaningful stories that strengthen our partnerships and guide process optimizations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare operations.
- Analytical Skills: Intermediate to expert proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables) and experience using data to tell a story
- Tooling: Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and project management software like Asana or adjacent CRM tools to leverage data visualization storytelling
- Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate executive-level conversations. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning on priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs
- Experience navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

- Industry Context: Experience working within high-growth startups, health plans (payers), or health systems.
- Process Design: Track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and building scalable SOPs or documentation.
