The Role -
This is a remote-first role with a strong Bay Area presence requirement. While you can enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, your day-to-day interactions, events, meetups, and community engagements will happen within the Bay Area startup ecosystem. Therefore, you must already be
based in the Bay Area
or be willing to relocate here. The core responsibility of this role is driving revenue growth by onboarding startups as Sprinto customers, leveraging ecosystem programs, community initiatives, and direct relationship-building.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
