We’re hiring a Strategic Business Development associate to build pipeline within a focused set of high-value accounts.
This is not a traditional SDR role. You are responsible for identifying where ElevenLabs can create real impact inside complex organizations, building relationships across teams, and converting that into qualified opportunities and deal progression.
You will go deep within accounts rather than optimize for activity volume. Success comes from strong judgment, creative outbound, and the ability to generate real opportunities that convert into revenue.
Own pipeline within strategic accounts: build and execute account plans across a focused set of high-value companies, identify where ElevenLabs can drive meaningful impact based on org structure, product signals, and business priorities, and create and progress opportunities from first touch through qualification and beyond to later stages of the cycle
Drive multi-threaded engagement: map and engage stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial teams, build relationships beyond a single entry point, and develop multiple use cases within the same account
Run high-signal outbound: execute highly personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person, use AI tools and workflows to identify signals and prioritize timing, and focus on precision and relevance over volume
Operate in-market: represent ElevenLabs at conferences, events, and field activities, identify and engage the right people in live environments, and start conversations without relying on scripts
Partner on deal development: work closely with Account Executives on account strategy and opportunity progression, contribute to shaping deals before and after qualification, and stay involved in strategic opportunities to support expansion and momentum
Continuously improve the motion: refine targeting, messaging, and workflows based on performance, improve conversion across meetings, opportunities, and revenue, and contribute to how this role scales across the company
This role is remote-first and can be based anywhere in the United States. We have a preference for candidates located in New York City or San Francisco, with the option to work from our offices in those cities.
