Job Description:

​

1. Provide post-launch technical support for the Oracle project, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user training.

​

1. Respond to technical inquiries, propose solutions, and coordinate with the development team to resolve complex issues.

​

1. Create operational documentation and knowledge base articles, optimize support processes, and improve customer satisfaction.

​

1. Monitor system performance and assist with version upgrades and data migrations.

​

Qualifications:

​

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of technical support or operations experience. Familiar with Java applications and databases.

​

1. Proficient in Linux commands, capable of independent log analysis and performance monitoring (e.g., using Prometheus).

​

1. Knowledge of basic operations. Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) support is a plus.

​

1. Responsible, with strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
