Technical Talent Sourcer

As we move into our next stage of growth (hello, Series B), we’re not scaling hiring by volume. We’re doing it by finding the right people early and staying close to great talent.

As a Technical Talent Sourcer, you’ll help make that happen by working closely with the Talent team and hiring managers from day one.

You’ll influence how we find, engage, and connect with great people. And if you see a better way to do it, say so. We'll listen.

The people you bring in will shape what we build next and how millions of people will experience the internet.

Over time, you’ll grow into a hiring partner, taking on more ownership across the hiring process beyond sourcing.

What will you do?

  • Join kickoff calls with hiring managers and ask the questions that make the search sharper
  • Find great technical talent wherever they actually are: not just LinkedIn, but the places others overlook
  • Screen and shortlist candidates across both technical and business roles, owning parts of 1–2 active roles, with room to grow into full ownership
  • Keep pipelines moving without things slipping through the cracks, because momentum only works when it’s organized
  • Ensure every candidate gets a thoughtful, timely response
  • Build talent pools so we’re never scrambling, with the right conversations already happening before we need them
  • Work with the Talent team to figure out what's not working and how we can fix it
  • Learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and build skills beyond sourcing

What success looks like in this role

  • Hiring managers trust your read on candidates, not just your sourcing output
  • Pipelines reduce reliance on reactive sourcing by covering future hiring needs
  • Candidates have a great experience, even if they don’t get the job
  • You spot patterns early and help improve how we source and engage talent

What will you bring?

  • 2+ years in tech hiring, either with an agency or in-house, ideally in SaaS or product companies
  • Strong sourcing skills: you know how to find therightpeople, not justmorepeople
  • A habit of asking the right questions before starting a search, and the confidence to push back when needed
  • Ability to translate hiring manager needs into a focused, effective search
  • Clear written and spoken English: direct, thoughtful, and easy to understand
  • A candidate-first approach: you’re responsive, thoughtful, and treat people with care
  • Strong ability to run multiple pipelines at once without things falling through the cracks
  • Curiosity and great pattern recognition: you connect dots quickly and ask the right questions
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, async, and evolving environment

Where should you be located?

This job is fully remote from Europe (ideally CET or close time zone) with a flexible schedule, to make collaboration easier. You’re still free to hop around the world and switch up your scenery whenever you want.
