The OpportunityWe are building our pool of technology professionals to support Sterlington’s growing needs across cloud platforms, internal systems, and digital initiatives.This is a hands-on role within a lean, remote-first technology team. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across infrastructure, operations, and firm leadership, and be expected to manage your own work with a high degree of autonomy.

What You'll Do:

​

• Support and contribute to cloud and infrastructure projects across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

​

• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technology tools and platforms.

​

• Collaborate with the technology team on internal initiatives and day-to-day operational needs.

​

• Produce clear documentation and keep stakeholders informed on project status.

​

• Contribute to the firm’s ongoing efforts to adopt new technologies in a structured and responsible way

​

What We're Looking For :

​

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.

​

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with minimal supervision.

​

• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

​

• Organized and proactive — you manage your own workload and keep people informed without being asked.

​

• Curious about emerging technologies, including AI tools and their practical applications.
