The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Post Production – Senior Video Editors who know how to turn raw footage into meaningful, emotionally resonant stories. Editors who bring sensitivity, rhythm, and intention to their craft — and who can elevate ideas through thoughtful pacing, sound design, visual nuance, and narrative flow.
In these contract/project-based roles , you’ll collaborate with our creative, strategy, and production teams to help transform culture and reimagine the employee experience through powerful video and audio storytelling.

What You’ll Do
- Organize footage and project materials into intuitive, efficient workflows.
- Build assembly cuts that establish pacing, narrative direction, and emotional arc.
- Review transcripts to identify key story beats, pull quotes, and mark timelines.
- Edit with intention — shaping story, structure, clarity, and rhythm using Adobe Premiere.
- Integrate graphics, text slates, lower thirds, and other visual storytelling elements.
- Source and select music that supports the mood, tone, and narrative direction.
- Implement subtitles and closed captioning for final deliverables.
- Prepare files for audio mix, colour correction, and final finishing.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy partners to ensure every piece aligns with message and client goals.
- Deliver polished, client-ready content under tight timelines while maintaining exceptional quality.
What You Bring
Must Haves
- 5+ years of professional Video Editing experience in corporate or short-form documentary
- High proficiency with Adobe Premiere ; working familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for asset integration.
- Strong editorial instincts: pacing, flow, narrative clarity, emotional tone.
- Ability to take initiative and develop thoughtful, client-ready edits with minimal oversight.
- A fast, efficient working style and a commitment to delivering on strategy and on time.
- Ability to work under pressure, both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in corporate agency or fast-paced environments is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills across files, timelines, and multiple projects.
- Familiarity with LucidLink and ability to work with 1Gb+ fibre internet (required).
Nice-to-Haves
- Ability to complete light audio mixes for client review (we engage pro audio editors when able).
- Familiarity with advanced colour grading workflows.
- A MacOS-based editing setup.
