Plan and execute online and offline community events, including AMAs, roundtables, livestreams, community challenges, and interactive campaigns—ensuring events are engaging, participatory, and highly shareable, not just procedural.
Create, edit, and manage community content and editorial calendars, ensuring content is high-quality, relevant, and engaging, with strong “internet-native” appeal that encourages discussion and sharing.
Support content localization and adaptation, ensuring English/global project content is effectively translated and adapted for Chinese-speaking audiences.
Identify, onboard, and manage local KOLs, community leaders, partners, and ecosystem collaborators, driving co-marketing campaigns and joint initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, projects, and ecosystem stakeholders, supporting collaboration initiatives and execution of joint campaigns.
Collect, analyze, and act on community feedback and sentiment, identifying issues early and improving user satisfaction through proactive resolution.
Analyze community data, campaign performance, and growth metrics, and continuously optimize content, engagement strategies, and growth loops based on insights.
Act as a key operator for the Mantle CN community, proactively managing user questions, feedback, and community health to improve overall user experience.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Computer Science, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
Solid understanding of Web3, Crypto, and blockchain ecosystems, including Layer2, DeFi, DAO, ecosystem projects, and community governance, with a willingness to continuously learn and explore.
At least 2 years of experiencein Web3 community operations, content operations, social media management, livestream operations, or creator/community growth roles.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across users, KOLs, partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Proven execution ability—able to respond quickly, take initiative, and drive tasks forward in a fast-paced, multi-threaded environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging, interactive, and highly shareable community campaigns and activities.
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, able to break ideas down into actionable plans, including timelines, workflows, assets, budgets, risk considerations, and post-campaign evaluation.
Good “internet sense” and content intuition, with an understanding of what drives discussion, engagement, and community participation.
Efficient and resource-conscious, able to maximize impact and growth outcomes within limited budgets through smart execution and prioritization.
Comfortable working under pressure, adapting quickly to changes, and maintaining consistent output in a high-frequency execution environment.
Ability tocommunicate effectively in both English and Mandarinis required to support collaboration with Chinese and global stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Web3 projects such as exchanges, wallets, Layer2 ecosystems, GameFi, DeFi, developer communities, or Chinese crypto communities.
Familiarity with platforms such as Telegram, Discord, WeChat communities, X (Twitter), Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, Douyin, and YouTube, and their respective community dynamics.
Hands-on experience in organizing AMAs, livestreams, roundtables, offline meetups, KOL collaborations, or community growth campaigns.
Basic English proficiency for content comprehension, localization work, and cross-team communication.
A distinct content sense or personal style, with an understanding of meme culture, community tone, and social media trends.
