Nivoda is the operating system for the global jewellery industry — a B2B marketplace connecting jewellery retailers with the world’s best suppliers of natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, melee and finished jewellery. We operate in 70+ countries and transact over $300M annually, and we’re just getting started: the industry we serve is worth $350B and still largely runs on phone calls, spreadsheets and handshakes. We’re changing that.
Nivoda was born out of a simple frustration: trading diamonds and jewellery was slow, opaque and inefficient. Buyers couldn’t access global supply. Suppliers couldn’t reach global demand. Our mission is to give every jewellery business — regardless of size or location — the access, tools and service to compete and grow.
You’ll join our APAC commercial team, reporting into our GM for North America & APAC. We’re remote-first, low-hierarchy, and we move fast. In Australia and New Zealand you’ll work hand-in-hand with our local Account Executive, who wins and ramps new customers before handing them to you to keep and grow.
We’re hiring our first dedicated Account Manager for Australia & New Zealand. You’ll own our existing ANZ customer base — every retailer that has ramped past their first months on Nivoda — and your job is simple to state and hard to do: keep them, grow them, and make Nivoda their first call for everything they buy. You’ll be measured on the retention and growth of your book, not on new logos. New business stays with our AE; the book is yours.
