With over 27,000+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNeed an individual with a strong understanding of AI/ML, with a specific focus on applied research and innovation in autonomous systems and conversational AI.Should be highly proficient in Python and possess extensive hands-on experience in AI agent framework design and development, like utilising LangChain-based APIs.Must have strong foundational knowledge of NLP and proven hands-on experience in the development of sophisticated conversational agents.In-depth, hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), including a minimum of 1-2 years of specific experience in model fine-tuning.Must possess strong expertise in the quantization of language models and the deployment of these optimized models (SLM/LLM) directly on edge or embedded devices.(Note: Cloud infrastructure skills such as AWS or Azure are not required for this role).Experience with Voice AI is a strong plus; specific knowledge of handling speech technologies (ASR/STT, TTS, and Intent/Entity extraction) is highly valued for our core work.
