Collaborates and engages with a cross-functional team, which includes (but is not limited to): market access, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, health economics, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, patient relations, business insights, OEC, and global learning.Key Responsibilities Include:Generate marketing insights that inform strategic and tactical plans for OzurdexIdentify commercial opportunities to advance efforts towards brand objectives and goals within OzurdexCreate and drive multi-stakeholder initiatives as part of the overall Ozurdex brand strategy and lead communication strategyDevelop marketing tools/resources to optimize impact and efficiently navigate the formal approval processLead marketing activities such as segmentation, targeting, positioning, promotional materials/tactics, advertising, and promotion within assigned budgetSupport affiliates for HCP promotions through innovative and impactful Ozurdex strategies and tacticsManage budgets and maximize resources for the Ozurdex portfolioContribute to AbbVie’s leadership position in OzurdexProject management and collaboration with vendors and agencies to lead creative and communication strategiesCollaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders to build, manage and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goalsContribute within area of responsibility to business and marketing plans processPartner with cross-functional teams and develop external partnerships in OzurdexInfluence business leaders and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business resultsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree required.
