Through the wide range of our activities, we are central to the collective organisation of society and the living environment of citizens all over the world.Job DescriptionTo improve the efficiency of the business development strategy.Explore, identify and seek new opportunities with existing and potential clients.develop negotiation strategies, and support the management in all aspects of business developmentprepare and present commercial and technical recommendations to the client and managementTo update the management on the new market trends.Preparation, update and follow up of commercial action planUpstream and on-the-ground business intelligence, identification of prospects, public and private clients and investors, etcIdentification of opportunities and tenders that could be of interest to Egis group of companies in QatarWhere relevant, relationships with the tender unit of the business unitUpdate of CRM leads and tendersPreparation and follow-up of PIQ bid documentation (GO / NO GO, KYC, CRE etc..)Preparation of prequalification and proposals in all their administrative, technical and financial components, and coordination with other BUsParticipation in all commercial and marketing activities of the group in QatarParticipation in the bid reviews, negotiations and kick off meetingsWeekly reporting to country managementParticipation in monthly BD meetingsQualificationsMinimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the business development within international consultancy firms in Middle East including Qatar.Additional InformationStrong administrative capabilities and presentation skillsSelf-innovated, a leader, and able to work with minimal supervision in a heavy workload environment.Advanced knowledge of civil / construction industry practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills word, excel, power pointQatar experience is a mustFluency in English & Arabic is a must.
