As a Business Development Manager , you'll generate new business opportunities across the United States, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, conduct discovery meetings, and position tailored BPO solutions that help organisations improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale effectively.

If you have the following:

• Degree or Diploma
• Experience selling complex solutions into the US market
• Proven new business development and pipeline generation experience
• Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders
• Based in the USA
