ABOUT THE ROLEThe Controller / Finance Manager supports Advantixx and its operated companies through professional, accountable work within Finance. You will lead accounting controls, financial reporting, budgeting, cash oversight, and accurate support for executive decision-making.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Lead accurate accounting, close, reconciliation, financial-reporting, and control processes.• Support budgets, forecasts, cash planning, management reporting, and executive decisions.• Coordinate tax, audit, payroll, banking, vendor, and intercompany accounting requirements.• Protect confidential financial data and maintain complete, auditable documentation.• Identify financial and operational risks, escalate concerns, and improve controls.• Supervise or coordinate finance team workflows and meet reporting deadlines.QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.• Progressive accounting or controllership experience appropriate to the role.• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, financial statements, controls, and business systems.• Excellent judgment, confidentiality, organization, and communication.• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved.Employment is at will to the extent permitted by Nevada law.
