Who is the Accelerator for?

Product marketers looking for their next role. The sessions, the method and the roles we surface are all product marketing specific.

How is the price worked out?

The one-time plan is 1% of the average salary of the open product marketing roles on our job board in your location, and covers a full year. Quarterly is a quarter of that, monthly a twelfth.

How does the refund work?

If you haven't landed a job within 12 months of joining on the one-time plan, you get a full refund. The terms:

A job means any paid role you accept within 12 months of joining: full-time, or a contract of three months or more.
You attend at least 80% of your sessions, and apply to the roles we've agreed together using the method.
Turning down an offer at or above your target salary counts as getting a job.
The 12 months start on your purchase date. Claim within 30 days after month 12, and we'll refund you within 14 days of your claim.
To claim, send us a short declaration. We check it against your Job Tracker history.
The refund covers the one-time plan only. Monthly and quarterly plans, early cancellations and chargebacks aren't eligible.

Do I need a We Are Distributed subscription as well?

No. Every tool on the platform is included while you're in the program.

Will you apply to jobs for me?

No. We never apply on your behalf. We find the roles, help you position yourself, review your applications with you and introduce you to hiring managers. You hit send.
