Business & Strategy OwnershipDefine and drive the department’s strategy, roadmap, and OKRs,ensuring strong alignment with the company’s overall strategy and business goals.Own P&L, financial planning, and cost optimizationManage and grow a focused customer/domain portfolio2. Program & Delivery ExcellenceLead end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex engineering programsEnsure delivery quality, risk management, and customer satisfactionDrive program governance and execution excellence3. Organizational LeadershipBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing team of program managers and engineersDrive performance culture, capability building, and talent development4. Governance & OperationsEstablish scalable governance frameworks, processes, and policiesEnsure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems5.
