As a Deployment Strategist, you'll join a team of Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Strategists deploying our AI against healthcare's most important problems. Your mission: synthesize disconnected inputs—the core problem, the data, the product, user motivations, and potential impact—into a clear path forward. You'll immerse yourself in customers' most intricate life sciences workflows, splitting time between multiple days per week onsite at client locations and working from our Menlo Park office, bringing curiosity, analytical rigor, sharp product intuition, and strong user insight to help customers improve decisions and patient outcomes. Beyond initial deployment, you'll own long-term account success— part customer success manager, part strategist —serving as the primary relationship owner driving adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion. This role is dedicated to life sciences (MedTech, medical devices, biotech, pharma), and you'll become fluent in how these organizations operate—from R&D and clinical development through commercialization, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and post-market engagement—tailoring every deployment to a highly regulated, scientifically rigorous industry.

What You Bring
What Success Looks Like Success in this role means effectively managing client accounts: partnering with clients and internal engineering teams to deploy on time, successfully increasing adoption, and then scaling the program from a single use case to many. This breaks down into two things:
• Managing the client relationship so deployment stays on track. • Coordinating closely with internal engineering to resolve blockers before they slip timelines. • Hitting go-live dates with a strong quality mindset.
• Helping clients navigate the internal change management needed to actually adopt the solution. • Turning a single successful use case into a multi-use-case program. • Acting as the connective tissue between client goals and internal execution, so scaling feels like a natural next step rather than a renegotiation.
