The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work closely with development teams to build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. This is a hands-on role focused on enabling fast, reliable delivery of applications running on OpenShift/Kubernetes, with strong ownership of CI/CD and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manageCI/CD pipelines end-to-end(design, implementation, maintenance)
• Work directly withdevelopment teamsto integrate build, test, and deployment processes
• Package and deploy applications usingHelmonOpenShift / Kubernetes
• Build and maintain containerised applications usingDocker
• Support and optimiseSpring Cloud-based microservices deployments
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues
• Improve deployment speed, reliability, and rollback strategies
• Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting
• Drive best practices around CI/CD, versioning, and release management
• Maintain clear technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience building and owningCI/CD pipelines
• Strong hands-on experience withOpenShift / Kubernetes
• Strong experience withHelm (chart development, templating, lifecycle management)
• Solid experience withDocker and containerisation
• Good understanding ofSpring Cloud ecosystem
• StrongLinux administration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience debugging issues across pipelines, containers, and cluster environments
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Familiarity withJava and Spring Cloud(useful for working closely with development teams)
