The Communications team at Hims & Hers shapes how the world understands our role in advancing modern health, building strategies that raise awareness, foster brand love, trust, and loyalty, protect our reputation, and drive adoption of our products and services. As technology becomes an increasingly central part of our story, from AI-native care to the platform innovations behind our consumer experience, we're looking for a communications leader to shape how we tell that story to the world. You'll lead high-priority work spanning technology and product storytelling, AI and innovation narrative, engineering culture and talent communications, and technical thought leadership, building a comms strategy that positions Hims & Hers as a technology company as much as a healthcare company. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Communications, you'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, AI, Security, Investor Relations, Policy, and Marketing teams, plus our global Product Communications team, to translate complex technical work into stories that build trust, credibility, and excitement, both with the public and within the tech industry. We're a team of intellectually curious, creative storytellers and problem solvers who love making the complex simple and the abstract resonate. This role calls for strong communications judgment, fluency in the technology and AI media landscape, and the ability to move easily between strategy and execution, translating deep technical work into narratives that resonate with consumers, trade press, and industry audiences alike. You thrive in the fast pace of a startup while stewarding a public company that serves people's health and well-being, and you know how to spot risk and opportunity in our technology narrative early, especially as AI and health intersect in ways the public is still learning to trust.
