Portfolio Data & ReportingConsolidate and analyze portfolio data across multiple global initiativesProduce regular portfolio reports and performance insightsMaintain and update Power BI dashboards for benefits trackingProvide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making2. Portfolio Governance & Repository ManagementManage the central portfolio repository (SharePoint / shared drives)Maintain governance templates, frameworks, and documentationCoordinate portfolio review cycles and prepare reporting materialsTrack actions and ensure follow-up with stakeholdersSupport onboarding of new initiatives into the portfolio3.
