We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our growing organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources within the Construction, Real Estate Development, or Property Development sectors in the UAE.
This role requires a proactive HR professional who can lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while supporting a fast-paced and expanding business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR functions across the organization.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor laws.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Partner with department heads to identify workforce planning requirements.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Oversee onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal processes and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and HR records.
Support organizational development and training programs.
Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management presentations.
Drive a positive workplace culture and employee retention initiatives.
