Your Role:
- Conductdeep fundamental research on software & technology companies
- Performstrategic due diligence and financial analysis on publicly listed and privately owned software & technology companies
- Leverage both quantitative modeling and qualitative insightsgeneration through expert interviews
- Collaborate with astrong team of peers and experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultantscontributing to the research
- Deliver high-quality and valuable deliverablesthat will support decision-making on multi-million investments
- Communicate your research findingsinternally and externally
- Naturallygrow in the team to take on more and more responsibilitiesanddevelop yourself as a strong professional
- Daily monitoringof the alreadyidentified companies
- Preparation of financial research and analysis, strategic screening, and communication materials for our members
- Leading interviews in Englishwith professional experts
- Support on process improvementand new companies screening
Your Profile:
Across the firm, we attract motivated, intellectually curious, and analytically rigorous young professionals who are passionate about learning and creating impact. It's highly likely you'll move forward in the process if:
- You are aTier 1 engineering/business school graduatespecializing inBusiness/Corporate business/Corporate finance/Engineering/Strategy
- You have3-4 years of relevant experience in strategy and business(with several internships in finance/tech/startup or corporate company)
- You haveexcellent analysis skills and excellent Excel abilities
- You deliverstrong verbal presentations and great slidesto support it
- You have astrong strategic thinking mind- you know how to look for key inputs and do smart correlations
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English are a must. French, German, or Italian language ability is a plus.
