About the Role:
As an IT Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day technical and operational activities that keep Precision running. Reporting to the ITIL Operations Manager,you’llassistwith IT service requests, documentation, system monitoring, and process improvement initiatives.You’llcollaborate with internal teams and gain exposure to IT service management practices, tools, and workflows.
This role works closely with IT operations, technical services, and business stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and well-documented.You’lllearn how structured IT processes contribute to efficiency, client success, and overall business performance, while developing practical skills that translate directly into future IT roles.
