🚀 About the Role:

​

New Era Technology is looking for experienced IT Software Developer – QA System Development to be deployed at our prestigious client in Singapore at their Tampines Industrial Crescent office.

​

Job Summary

​

To support the development and enhancement of the QA IT system, addressing customer requests and improving operational efficiency in quality assurance processes.

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

Phase 1 – High Priority Development

​

• Develop and implement solutions for the Top 5 high-priority QA software requests related to customer issues.
• Collaborate with QA and AE teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

​

Phase 2 – Broader System Enhancements

​

• Address the remaining 41 QA software requests.
• Ensure system improvements align with quality management goals.

​

Phase 3 – System Integration

​

• Assist in merging and harmonizing all QA applications into a single, comprehensive system.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of the integrated platform.

​

General Duties

​

• Participate in system design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training to QA users as needed.

​

Required Qualifications:

​

• Familiarity with QA processes and systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. VB.Net, ASP, C++, C#, PHP, Java, Python and etc).
• Experience with databases and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

​

Preferred Skills:

​

• Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environments.
• Knowledge of customer complaint management systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

​

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

​

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in software development.

​

👤 Preferred Candidate:

​

• Nationality: Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately to 30days notice.
