Strategic LeadershipGood prediction and judgment on the development and application of AI technologyDefine the strategy and roadmap of AI-driven digitalization2. Technical ExecutionDesign and develop AI models, algorithms, and solutions to solve specific business problems.Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.Conduct experiments to validate model performance and iterate on improvements.3. Organizational Change ManagementLead enterprise-wide upskilling programs to transition all associates to embrace AIDrive cultural shift to encourage AI adoption.4.
