Junior Project Manager (GEORGIAN language + ENG)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Junior / Middle Project Manager to lead and coordinate our cross-functional marketing and real estate projects; for work in the UAE (Dubai) , but for the Georgian market.

‼️ The most important requirements for this role are fluency in Georgian , preferably 1.5 years of experience in coordination, team, project or product management and either being currently based in Dubai or having worked in Dubai within the past few years .

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams (architects, engineers, designers, and sales managers). The key responsibility is to monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites and marketing materials.

This is full-time office-based role with working schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Office located in Dubai Hills or Al Barsha (Art of Living Mall).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate our marketing and real estate projects for the Georgian market;
• Own project timelines, priorities, and execution across multiple teams;
• Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Design, and other internal stakeholders;
• Monitor and maintain project-related assets, including websites, marketing materials, and printed collateral;
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards;
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues;
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs while keeping projects on track.
