Product failure analysis procedure definition;2. Providing the training to the inspectors ;3. Tasks assignment to inspectors;4. Immediate tracking for 0-km complaint case;5. Report for deep root cause analysis;6. Regularly product failure mode summary and feedback to the relevant dept;7. Support MAE planning;8. Contact person with different interface for product failure analysis9. Testing technology coordination10.
