Redis is the platform developers trust for real-time data—and the platform an increasing share of AI applications are built on. Now, the audience discovering and evaluating Redis is no longer exclusively human. AI agents can identify a need, decide which solution fits, review technical documentation, and create a new account within one continuous session. The Lead, Growth Marketing owns the Redis digital surface for both agents and humans. This includes the website, SEO, answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, conversion-rate optimization, and the measurement system that connects discovery to pipeline, account creation, and activation. Your central challenge is to streamline agent-led growth: making Redis easy for agents to discover, understand, recommend, evaluate, and select while ensuring the same digital experience converts human developers and buyers. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role for a builder who wants to create a new kind of digital growth system at a high-growth, pre-IPO company. You’ll define the strategy, direct external specialists, contribute to the highest-priority work, measure the outcomes, and continuously improve the system with data. You should be as comfortable presenting a strategy to executives as you are opening an AI tool and building a working campaign prototype from a blank page in 30 minutes.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions.
