With9 cutting-edge manufacturing facilities,13+ distribution centers, and900+ employees across 20+ North American locations, we’re driven by bold growth, creativity, and a commitment to excellence ✨—all within a collaborative and inclusive work environment 🤝.If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a production team, and contributing to high-quality products, you’ll feel right at home here 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️.Job DescriptionSchedule and Salary:Night shift:Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AMStarting wage:$26.20/h – increase to $26.85/h after 3 monthsNight shift premium:$2.00/hResponsibilities:The Loader Operator is responsible for the continuous supply of raw materials required for production, while ensuring safe and efficient management of aggregates on site.Specifically, the role includes:Supplying production lines with aggregates based on operational needsFeeding silos and storage areas using heavy equipmentLoading trucks with defective products (scrap) for disposal or recyclingTransporting sand to the heated plate during the winter periodPerforming snow removal operations during winter to maintain safe working conditionsReceiving aggregate trucks, directing them to the appropriate unloading areas, and ensuring smooth operationsVerifying the conformity of received aggregates and moving them to designated storage areasComplying with health and safety procedures as well as company quality standardsConducting visual inspections of equipment and reporting any anomalies or maintenance needsQualificationsJob RequirementsRecognized training in heavy equipment operation (loader) with a valid competency cardMinimum of five (5) years of experience as a loader operatorAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and apply common senseStrong focus on safety and professionalismWork Environment 🦺Industrial setting with exposure to moving machinery, vibrations, and loud noisePhysical Requirements 💪Ability to lift and/or move up to 22 kg (50 lbs)Ability to stand, reach, climb, and maintain balance for extended periodsAbility to perform physical tasks in an active work environmentAdditional InformationCareer Growth and Recognition:At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
