We are seeking a Manager to join our Financial Reporting team, within Technical Accounting. The Technical Accounting team assesses the Company’s most complex accounting and reporting matters.
The Manager, Financial Reporting assists business partners in making informed decisions around key commercial matters while maintaining accounting compliance. This is a vital role to the company and will play a key role in developing and driving strategic decisions and improvements within the finance organization. The candidate will contribute towards developing world-class accounting and reporting processes and controls to effectively help prepare the Company for its continued future growth.
Analyze accounting and financial reporting considerations for complex accounting and reporting topics including debt and equity transactions, leasing, mergers and acquisitions, segment reporting, among others.
Research technical accounting and reporting matters and prepare well-written memoranda and presentations ensuring the appropriate accounting conclusions are reached
Assist in the preparation of our regulatory filings including the Company’s quarterly SEC filings and local statutory financial statements
Collaborate with key partners across the business including FP&A, Legal, HR, other Accounting teams, and Internal Audit, as part of the operational and technical implementation of new agreements or transactions
Build and sustain relationships with cross functional teams to ensure complex arrangements are properly and efficiently implemented
Help to support external audits and reviews
Identify opportunities to improve technical accounting research, documentation, and reporting processes through the responsible use of AI, automation, and digital tools.
Use sound professional judgment to evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure conclusions remain compliant with accounting standards and company policies.
This role is based in New York, New York

We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week
The United States base range for this position is $111,860 - $159,800, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
