ABOUT THE ROLEThe Marketing & Communications Specialist supports Advantixx and its operated companies through professional, accountable work within Marketing & Business Development. You will create and coordinate professional marketing content, campaigns, brand communications, digital channels, and performance reporting.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Perform the core duties of the position accurately, timely, and in accordance with company procedures.• Coordinate with leaders, colleagues, vendors, and business units to complete assigned priorities.• Maintain organized records, reports, workflows, and follow-up documentation.• Protect confidential company, employee, customer, financial, and operational information.• Identify risks, escalate concerns promptly, and support continuous process improvement.• Meet established service, quality, productivity, and compliance expectations.• Perform other reasonable duties consistent with the position and business needs.QUALIFICATIONS• Relevant education, training, or experience appropriate to the position.• Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through.• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with limited supervision.• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable business systems.• Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved.Employment is at will to the extent permitted by Nevada law.
