Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionBased on detailed application-product expertise and technical excellence the Power semiconductor R&D engineer provides in-depth technical development and support for SiC chips, discretes and power modules in non-auto applications, incl. solid state transformers (SST), AI data center (AIDC), energy storage system, and eVTOL, etc.Develop technical understanding of our SiC products fit for above mentioned applications and point out our existing SiC devices and modules technical advantages and gapsInterpret SST and AIDC specific technical requirements, and decide SiC products design modification areas, keep intensive communication with global R&D teamLead China local development and technical modification to existing SiC devices and modules to match industrial application, SST and AIDC demand.
