Job Title : Recruiter Department: Talent Acquisition Salary: Top of market salary + equity Location: Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro) Employment Type: Full-Time Steadily is hiring a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles and help scale a fast-growing, Series C company. This is a high-impact position where your hires will directly shape the trajectory of the business. We hire top talent nationwide - and you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional candidates across sales, insurance product, claims, customer experience, etc. This is a fully in-office role in Overland Park, KS , designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple functions.
• Build top-of-funnel pipelinethrough outbound sourcing, creative outreach, and optimized job postings.
• Optimize recruiting channels(job boards, sponsored ads, sourcing tools) to maximize applicant quality and efficiency.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experiencefrom first touch to offer.
• Partner with hiring managersto define role requirements and hiring strategy.
• Drive process improvementsusing data, metrics, and recruiting technology.
• Act as a brand ambassador—get candidates genuinely excited about joining Steadily.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience:4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong communicator:Able to build trust quickly and influence candidates throughout the process.
• Detail-oriented:High standards for candidate experience, organization, and follow-through.
• Data-driven & tech-savvy:Comfortable using recruiting tools, analytics, and systems to improve outcomes.
