Sales Development Representative, Key Accounts - Serbia

The role

We’re growing our SDR team in Serbia , this time as part of our Key Accounts Sales motion for the Ideals VDR business. Backed by a trusted product, supportive leadership, and a global go-to-market playbook, you'll partner with our Key Accounts teammates in London and drive new customer adoption across the UK region. You’ll focus on Retail, Construction, Marketing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, among other sectors where secure, high-stakes deal-making is critical. What you will do

• Execute B2B account mapping, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach across targeted Corporate accounts in the UK, logging all activities in the CRM
• Conduct detailed account research and prospect profiling before initial contact
• Qualify potential leads and schedule product demos for the Key Accounts / Account Executive team
• Proactively communicate, build rapport, and drive ongoing engagement with strategic prospects
• Gather key insights and prospect feedback to guide potential buyers through the qualification framework
• Assist with corporate and M&A event coordination and share relevant industry content with key contacts

What you bring

• Preferably 1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales
• Proven success in achieving sales metrics
• Strong business communication skills, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with proficiency in building fast rapport
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+ level)

Nice to have

• Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
• Familiarity with M&A, due diligence, or financial services workflows
