The candidate should possess strong functional and troubleshooting expertise in SAP EWM and be capable of independently handling critical incidents, service requests, problem tickets, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer discussions.Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM incidents, service requests, and problem management activities.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex EWM issues within SLA timelines.Investigate business process issues related to:Inbound ProcessingOutbound ProcessingInternal Warehouse ProcessesGoods Receipt / Goods IssuePutaway StrategiesPicking StrategiesReplenishmentPhysical InventoryCross DockingSlotting and RearrangementWave ManagementYard ManagementLabor ManagementWork closely with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.Support integration topics involving:SAP EWM ?
