SAP Test Strategy & GovernanceDefine enterprise-wideSAP(ECC & S/4 HANA) test strategy covering: End-to-end business processes; RICEFW objects; SAP Fiori applications; Cross-system integrations (SAP & Non-SAP)Establish governance model aligned with SAP Activate methodology phases.Define regression strategy for ECC to S/4 coexistence landscapes.Support quality gates, defining and delivering KPIs, risk frameworks, rules and controls.2. Automation Strategy & Leadership (Worksoft Certify)Define and implement enterprise test automation roadmap.Lead automation design usingWorksoft Certifyfor:End-to-end process automationRegression pack automationData-driven test scenariosFiori and GUI automationEstablish automation coverage targets and ROI tracking.Integrate automation suite with:OT ALM / SolMan / Jira for traceabilityDrive reduction of manual regression effort and improve efficiency.Mentor automation architects and build internal automation capability.3. Tools & ALM GovernanceGovern and optimize usage of:OpenText ALM (OT ALM)SAP Solution Manager (SolMan – Test Suite)JIRAEnsure requirement-to-defect traceability across tools.Establish harmonized reporting model across global SAP projects.5. Reporting & Executive DashboardsDevelop real-time dashboards inMicrosoft Power BIfor:Overall Test status across projectsAutomation progress statusRegression execution trendsDefect leakage metricsGo-live readiness KPIsProvide Steering Committee-level quality insights and predictive risk indicators.6.
