What You Can Expect

As a Senior Analyst, you will actively contribute to the development and delivery of client engagements across a variety of market access and commercial strategy projects. You will work on multiple engagements simultaneously, gaining exposure to diverse therapeutic areas, products, and client challenges.

You will leverage quantitative and qualitative research to develop actionable insights, support strategic recommendations, and contribute to high-quality client deliverables. As your experience grows, you will take on increasing responsibility for client interaction, project execution, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor across multiple client projects.
• Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research to address client business questions.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, insights, and strategic implications.
• Develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and written deliverables.
• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and strategy development discussions.
• Contribute to client meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up activities.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support business development initiatives, thought leadership activities, and practice-building efforts.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when appropriate.

Project Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of research methodologies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead or support primary research activities, including stakeholder interviews and market assessments.
• Conduct comprehensive secondary research and competitive intelligence analyses.
• Manage select project workstreams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Participate in client communications, including project status updates and presentation delivery.
• Escalate critical issues, emerging insights, and areas requiring clarification to maintain project alignment and quality.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree, PhD, PharmD, MPH, MBA, or other advanced degree in a scientific, healthcare, economic, or business-related field

OR

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, market access, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed

Preferred

• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare and reimbursement landscape
• Experience evaluating and interpreting clinical and market research data
• Previous experience developing client-facing presentations and recommendations
• Consulting, market access, health economics, or commercial strategy experience

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
