If you’re ready to accelerate the new energy transition through technology leadership,innovative solutionsandservice excellence, you'll fit right in.Job DescriptionAI Agent & Copilot Solution DevelopmentDesign, build and deploy AI agents (e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI) to support Customer, Vendor, Product and Data Governance processes.Build Copilot-based productivity solutions for the Global MDM teams – governance knowledge assistants, KPI narratives, meeting summaries, policy and SOP drafting.Create reusable, well-documented AI components, prompt libraries and agent templates that can be scaled globally across MDM.Automation & Data QualityAutomate repetitive operational and reporting activities using Power Automate, Python based AI agents and related tools.Embed AI in data quality monitoring, issue triage, root-cause analysis, remediation and governance workflows.Develop AI-assisted duplicate Customer / Vendor investigation, enrichment and classification (D&B hierarchy, NAICS).MDM AI Roadmap DeliveryDrive implementation of the 32 identified MDM AI use cases across Wave 1 (React faster), Wave 2 (Decide better) and Wave 3 (Prevent proactively).Support the Copilot Premium pilot – baseline, measure hours saved and recommend scale-up.Scope and build solutions requiring governed access to MDM and DQ data, including predictive DQ risk capabilities.Partnership, Governance & AdoptionPartner with Digital, IT and Data & Analytics on architecture, security, data access and future AI initiatives.Ensure AI solutions comply with Responsible AI, data privacy, security and audit requirements.Champion AI adoption – train and upskill MDM teams and share best practice globally.•Accountable for designing, building and scaling AI agents, Copilot solutions and automation that deliver the Global MDM AI roadmap – improving productivity, data quality and governance – in line with company AI governance and security standards.QualificationsSkills•AI / GenAI – Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI•Agent development & prompt engineering•Power Automate, Power Apps•Data analytics – SQL, Power BI•Turns business needs into solutions•Collaborative, improvement mindsetExperience•Hands-on delivery of AI, GenAI or automation solutions•MDM and ERP domain knowledge (e.g. SAP)•Global, multi-function environment•Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or relatedAdditional InformationWe believe that different perspectives and backgrounds are what make a company flourish.
