Founded in 2006, we’ve grown to a diverse group of 22,000 people guided by our values: ALIVE, do RIGHT, and work TOGETHEJob DescriptionThe chosen candidate will work under the general direction of the Operations Manager for Floor Management and the Senior Team Manager in a supervisory function, for all the Shuffler teams within Evolution Malta from both an administration and management perspective.Your responsibilities will include:Manage shuffler rotations and emergency shift coverage.Review Amber/Red statuses, report last-minute shuffles, reporting mistake to SSS and conduct investigations.Shoe-signal investigation. Investigation on missing card and extra card if asked by SSS.Print, collect, and update sheet control records daily.Walk through the studio to identify and report issues, including incidents involving shufflers or inspectors.Conduct re-training, mentor new hires, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.Ad-Hoc Duties:Shuffle/change cards/Extra shuffles on live tables and handle tasks assigned by Team Managers. Cover Card Inspector shifts if needed asked by Shuffler TM.This role goes beyond shuffling cards, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards and supporting the development of your team.
