Redis has spent over a decade as the fastest in-memory data platform in the world. That foundation is now becoming something bigger: the memory layer for AI. Vector search, semantic caching, agent memory, session state for real-time applications. Every AI system that needs to be fast and reliable eventually needs Redis. As a Solutions Architect, you'll educate and collaborate with customers to design Redis-powered solutions for their specific business and technical needs, including the new generation of AI-driven applications. You'll drive POCs, pilots, and evaluations, working hands-on with customers using one of the most widely adopted technologies in the market. This is an early moment in that shift. Joining now means helping shape how Redis shows up in AI architectures across the region, not inheriting a playbook someone else already wrote. The ideal candidate is a good listener with a talent for creative, technical solutions. You enjoy tackling a wide variety of technical challenges patiently and pragmatically, never losing sight of the customer's business objectives. Compensation: The salary range for this role is EUR 105 000 to 131 000. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, role scope, level, and work location. This role may also be eligible for commission and Redis benefits.
