About the Role The Senior Tax Manager oversees all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and accounting within the organization. They are responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with tax laws and regulations, and implementing strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency. Work Environment, Compensation, and Benefits We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, this position offers a performance bonus, which will be paid at the discretion of the company, as well as the potential opportunity to participate in a long-term incentive program, subject to role scope, performance, and company discretion. This position is preferred as an in-office role, reporting to our Murrysville, PA office 5 days per week. A hybrid work arrangement may be available for this position following successful onboarding and demonstrated performance.
