We work on the front line of medical science, changing lives, and bringing new medicines to those who need them.Job DescriptionAs a Site Laboratory Specialist at PSI, you will be responsible for:Reviewing study documents related to laboratory supportSupporting site selection and site initiation activities with laboratory related mattersSupporting sites with laboratory kit orders, patient eligibility check, laboratory query resolution, and laboratory qualification questionnaire completionDeveloping and implementing project site specific laboratory control documents and guidelinesMonitoring laboratory metrics and KPIs on a site levelSupporting the communication between laboratories, site and PSI project teamSupporting the development of patient enrolment strategiesDeveloping and delivering training to the study team and/or clinical sites in laboratory related procedures and laboratory best practicesQualificationsUniversity or college degree in Life Sciences requiredFull working proficiency in English, Spanish is a plusAt least 4 years' experience working in a clinical laboratory settingPrior clinical research industry experience is a plusStrong communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail and organizational skills are criticalAbility to work in a team setting as well as independently as neededAdditional InformationOur mission is to be the best CRO in the world as measured by our employees, clients, sites, and vendors.
