About the Role We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and accelerate the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare. Near term, you will lead our efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services and build a robust office safety and suitability program. Serving as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry, you will partner with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels, design compelling value propositions, craft demand generation strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance across target markets. As our in-person care model scales and strategic priorities evolve, you will also take ownership of new high-impact initiatives.
