About Us
We're looking for a Tech Recruiter who loves finding exceptional talent - not waiting for applications.

What You'll Do
- Proactively source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, communities, and creative outbound strategies.
- Conduct high-quality outreach and headhunting to attract passive candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screen candidates and assess both technical capability and cultural fit.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance.
- Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
- Help strengthen our employer brand and recruiting processes as we continue to scale.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in ahigh-growth tech company or startup.
- Strong experience recruiting fortechnical rolessuch as AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data, AI, or similar positions.
- Proven success withoutbound sourcing and headhuntingof passive candidates.
- Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action and results.
- Fluent English communication skills.
