Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionManufacturing Support: Responsible for resolving manufacturing and assembly process challenges.Process Expertise: Practical expertise in processes such as injection molding, metal fabrication, forging, rubber compounding, and welding – as well as their respective applications – is required.Role ContextOnsite Collaboration: The successful candidate will work onsite at UAES as part of a joint development team (Bosch & UAES), focusing on thermal management modules.Customer Application: The team collaboratively develops a base design and directly applies it within customer projects.Global Responsibility: Following an initial onboarding and development phase, the expert assumes full ownership of their technical domain and supports an international team in deploying solutions across global regions.Technical Ownership: Overall technical target responsibility resides with Bosch GmbH Germany – PS-TS/EPH.QualificationsCandidate Profile: Background & ExperienceEducation: Holds a degree in Energy Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in thermal management product development.Technical Knowledge: Familiar with the selection and application of thermal management sub-components, including interface design and compatibility.Familiar with thermal management system architectures, typical requirements, and performance specifications.Familiar with testing and validation methodologies for thermal management systems.Soft Skills: Strong logical reasoning skills, a goal- and results-driven mindset, and a steep learning curve.Communication: Outgoing and collaborative communication style.Languages: Proficient in English as a working language (spoken and written).
