Build and manage your own pipeline of healthcare candidates
Run full-cycle recruiting from outreach through placement
Use AI-assisted tools to identify and prioritize candidates - Focus your time on engagement, closing, and redeployment
Work across roles as the business scales
Contribute ideas on workflow, tools, and process improvements

Strong candidate relationships and repeat placements
Ability to ramp quickly and operate independently
Increasing output through efficient workflows
Experience in healthcare staffing - 3+ Years experience in healthcare recruiting, with direct travel nursing experience
Background in specialties such as ICU, ER, Med Surg, Telemetry, OR, PACU, L&D, NICU is a strong plus
Strong execution and ability to run a desk independently
Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Open to using new tools to improve efficiency
