As Vice President, Private Capital Solutions at Clarity, you will lead a growing team helping private companies address their capital and liquidity needs. In this high-visibility role, you will engage directly with founders, CFOs, and legal teams at leading venture-backed companies, combining capital markets expertise with Clarity’s investor network and transaction management technology. You will be a hands-on commercial leader, personally developing relationships and winning mandates while building the team, sales practices, and operating discipline that support sustained growth.
