Reporting to the CMO, the VP, Growth is the single-threaded owner of Flock’s full-funnel growth engine - lifecycle (CRM/marketing automation), performance marketing (search, paid social, programmatic), web & blog, experimentation, and the build-out of our ATL media capability from zero. You’ll maximize attributed pipeline and revenue efficiency through automation, machine-learning–led optimization, and ruthless experimentation. You will develop a best-in-class data/technology spine, as well as an analytics team that enables experimentation as a second language across all of Flock Marketing. You’ll define the operating system, hire and coach high-leverage ICs/leaders, and prove impact with board-grade KPIs.

In this role, you’ll receive a salary up to $350,000 as well as stock options. Base salary is determined by experience, education/training, and market indicators. Flock does not offer bonuses.
