About the Role

Nooks is looking for Expansion Account Executives to grow strategic relationships within our customer base. You’ll help revenue leaders rethink how their teams work, bringing AI agents, intelligence, and sales execution together on one platform. You’ll own the full expansion sales cycle, from creating demand and uncovering new use cases to building executive alignment and closing multi-product agreements. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, and Product to help customers realize more value from Nooks and expand its impact across their revenue organizations. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who understands how revenue teams operate, creates opportunities through proactive outreach and discovery, and connects workflows to measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own expansion revenue across a portfolio of mid-market customers, growing Nooks’ footprint across products, teams, and business units.
• Create demand through proactive outreach, uncovering business priorities and developing opportunities beyond existing users and champions.
• Build and execute account plans that prioritize growth opportunities, map buying groups, and establish relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from discovery and tailored demos through multi-product evaluations, competitive displacements, negotiation, and close.
• Engage Sales, RevOps, and executive leaders to build business cases tied to revenue growth, productivity, and technology consolidation.
• Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders to maintain momentum and navigate complex buying processes.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and share customer insights that strengthen our sales motion and inform product development.

Who You Are

• You bring 6–8+ years of closing experience, including ownership of a $1.5M+ annual expansion quota across mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• You have a track record of exceeding quota across a range of deal sizes, including six-figure, multi-stakeholder agreements.
• You balance strategic account development with the ability to move decisively and manage multiple active sales cycles.
• You understand business drivers, earn credibility with executive buyers, and build compelling business cases for CROs and CFOs.
• You proactively create pipeline within existing accounts, developing champions and earning access to new teams and senior stakeholders.
• You bring discipline to account planning, qualification, and deal execution, aligning internal resources and customer stakeholders around clear next steps.
• You thrive in high-growth environments and are collaborative, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling to Sales, RevOps, and other revenue leaders.
• Experience leading multi-product sales and competitive platform consolidations.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology.
