Accounts Receivable Administrator

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Accounts Receivable Administrator to support customer payment follow-ups and vendor registrations. This is a coordination and communication role, an accounting background isn’t required. What you’ll do

• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices by phone and email.
• Complete and track vendor registrations so customers can process our invoices and payments.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve payment blockers and missing documentation.
• Keep accurate records of follow-ups, registration status and expected payment dates.
• Escalate unresolved issues and keep stakeholders informed.

What you bring

• Confidence making customer calls and following up consistently.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a sense of ownership.
• The ability to manage multiple follow-ups and coordinate across teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in collections, customer service or administrative coordination.
• Experience with Salesforce and Business Central.
